We aim to send out your order as soon as we can, if in stock, then within 3 working days, and if out of stock within 28. This length of time is simply because many of our items are hand crafted and our crafts people require this time to produce their work. Everything that is sent out is of the highest quality and care is always taken when packing. If, however, the item that you have ordered does not meet with your expectations then simply return it unused within 30 days and we will be happy to either exchange it or reimburse you, incurring the costs of any return post ourselves. Your statutory rights, of course, are not affected. All returns should be sent to:

Complaints:
If you have any complaints please either ring the number above and if I am not available PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE and I will get back to you as soon as I can. Alternatively you can e-mail us at complaints@witchcraftemporium.com . It is important to us to resolve any complaints quickly and painlessly for all concerned!

Payment Options:

Online: You can use this site by adding products to your virtual shopping cart and then use the secure checkout process to pay for them with your credit card.

By Phone: You can order direct by phoning 01458 860017. Please leave a message if no one is available to take your call, stating your name, address, telephone number and order and I will return your call as soon as I can. Hours for phoning are 10am – 5pm.

By Post: You can send your order to the above address and either pay by cheque or postal order. Please make your cheques payable to Witchcraft Emporium. Please do not forget to write your address and telephone number with your order, this may sound obvious, but we have had orders without these!

Prices:
All prices are displayed in £ sterling and include VAT. Prices can go up or down without notice.

Delivery and Postage Costs:
Postage and packing charges are automatically calculated by our shopping cart and vary according to the weight of your order and which country you are ordering from. Orders are normally dispatched within three working days, unless they are temporarily out of stock. If an item is out of stock and there is going to be a longer delay, we will inform by email and offer you a revised delivery date.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Security
All credit card transactions are handled on a secure web. Your credit card details are encrypted and are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in a readable form on our web site. This means that your credit card details are not accessible by any unauthorised person while being transmitted on the internet.
